"WHY THIS DEAL"

THE "P3" ADVANTAGE (Risk Mitigation)

Most developers have to pay for roads, utilities, and land. We don't. We are working closely with the the City of Yukon to work out their contribution to the capital stack via tax-exempt bonds and a 99-year ground lease. This lowers our basis and boosts your returns.

THE "REVENUE BOND" MOAT (Security)

This is not a spec deal. The project is planned to backed by a Revenue Bond structure where the district's own sales tax pays for the infrastructure. The City has effectively de-risked the entry cost.

THE "ANCHOR" SAFETY NET (Cash Flow)

We aren't relying on weekend tournaments alone. We have secured Long-Term NNN Leases with a Medical System and a Childcare Academy, covering 100% of the debt service before the first whistle blows.

Meet Co-Founder: Matthew Harris

"I believe Yukon deserves a home field advantage."

Matthew Harris isn’t just the developer of Hustle Junction; he is a neighbor, a veteran, and a teacher and coach at Yukon High School. Every day, he sees families leaving Canadian County to find sports facilities elsewhere, taking their time and tax dollars with them. Matthew founded Hustle Junction to stop that leak.

His background is defined by service and discipline. During his time in the U.S. Army, Matthew rose to the rank of NCOIC, where he was responsible for the logistics and safety of thousands of people every day. He knows what it takes to move crowds safely and manage large teams efficiently.

Today, he combines that military precision with a passion for youth development. As a coach, he understands the grind of the athlete and the dedication of the parent firsthand. Whether he is teaching Forensic Science, mentoring players on the sidelines, or planning a 137-acre entertainment district, his goal remains the same: to build an environment where future leaders can grow, compete, and win—right here in Yukon.

"We aren't just building a gym; we are building the front door to Yukon."

SPORTS FACILITIES COMPANIES (SFC)

We plan to partner with the #1 operator in the US. SFC manages $5 Billion in assets and hosts 25 million visitors annually. They don't guess; they route their national tournament network directly to our doors.

The Foundation: A Strategic Public-Private Alliance

Hustle Junction is built upon a Public-Private Partnership (P3) designed to align municipal growth with investor security. Rather than a traditional speculative development, our project is integrated into the City of Yukon’s long-term economic infrastructure.
